Privacy policy

Data collected

Taverne collects the data needed to operate its distribution platform: email address, access permissions, registered devices and security/distribution events.

How data is used

This data supports authentication, access management, updates and service security. Campaigns and local media stay in your installation; external services receive the content you choose to send to them.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the web platform and its storage. Resend delivers authentication and invitation emails. GitHub hosts the team’s private issue tracker.

Feedback sent from the app

When you choose to send a problem or suggestion, Taverne stores your text, language, app version and activated device platform with your account. The team tracks the report in its private workspace, including a private GitHub issue containing your text and technical context. No account email, machine name or internal note is added to that issue. No logs, screenshots or campaigns are attached automatically. Deleting your account removes the web copy; you can request deletion of the GitHub copy through your invitation correspondence.

Retention and your rights

Account and security data are retained for operational needs. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Taverne team through your invitation correspondence.

Waitlist

When requests are open, your consent covers your email, language, role, setup, playing frequency, operating system and optional games/Discord handle, solely to manage requests and invitations. Cloudflare stores the data and protects the form with Turnstile; Resend delivers emails. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days, confirmed requests without invitation after 12 months. You can delete your request using the link in each confirmation email. Accepted invitations and account/licence records are managed separately.
